Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can place your order either as a guest or by creating an account. New customers can quickly register by clicking the Register button. Once registered, your address details will be automatically filled in on the order form for a faster checkout experience.

Track your order with ease. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an automatic email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

If you’re a registered customer, you can also track your parcel anytime by logging into your account and visiting the ‘My Orders’ section.

Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Since our website shows all available stock online, it’s normal for your order to arrive in separate parcels. Items may be shipped from different locations to get to you faster.If this happens, you’ll receive an Order Update email with details about the split delivery, along with separate tracking and invoice emails for each shipment.
