At The Imagination Wardrobe, we want you to be completely happy with your new clothes. We’ve made our shipping process as simple as possible so you can get your items quickly and easily.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy sale periods or new collection launches, it may take a little longer, but we appreciate your patience!
Shipping within Australia
- Standard Shipping
- Cost: A flat rate of $9.95 AUD.
- Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after your order is dispatched.
- Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $120 AUD!
- Express Shipping
- Cost: A flat rate of $14.95 AUD.
- Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days after your order is dispatched, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We’re excited to ship our unique pieces to customers around the world!
- Standard International Shipping
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days after dispatch. This can vary based on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees their country may charge. These costs are not included in your item or shipping total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
General Shipping Information
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
- Delivery Issues: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural disasters, or customs. If you have a significant delay or concern, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are confirmed as delivered to the address on the order. However, we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
